Privacy notice

This website is run by Robert [full name and address of the data controller]. We collect as little information as we can.

What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email address and message, so Robert can reply. Kept for [how long to keep messages], then deleted.
• Supporters' area: if you are invited, your name, email address, a securely scrambled password and the messages you post, so you can take part.
• Cookies: one essential cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
• Photos: we remove location and camera details from every photo uploaded.

Donations

This site never takes payments. When you give, you do so on the charity's official fundraising page, which has its own privacy notice.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing LindasLegacyAATC@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
